Roast chicken with maple-soy glaze
Every two weeks the small group that meets at my apartment has dinner together, so that means that every other week I find myself rushing home to make a meal for anywhere from 5 to 8 or so people. My self-appointed task is “the main dish…” and for this I rotate through pretty much everything in the meat counter, it is like a Sunday dinner on a Monday night. This week our meal was delicious, eliciting one guest to say it was the best roast chicken that they have had. Check out the recipe at Epicurious.
