Kneading Bread

Every two weeks the small group that meets at my apartment has dinner together, so that means that every other week I find myself rushing home to make a meal for anywhere from 5 to 8 or so people. My self-appointed task is “the main dish…” and for this I rotate through pretty much everything in the meat counter, it is like a Sunday dinner on a Monday night. This week our meal was delicious, eliciting one guest to say it was the best roast chicken that they have had. Check out the recipe at Epicurious. Perhaps next time I will remember to post a photo of the meal before it has been devoured.

Well, I’ve had a few blogs and kept some going (one for almost a year), but now that my wife has the space to host it I think I am going to take it seriously. I like the WordPress look and feel and it has the feature I want so here it goes, strap in, sign on, and check it out.
